Support for Authorized Ministers

The Minnesota Conference UCC supports authorized ministers with best practices to conduct the daily business of the church. The Conferences also provides abundant resources to address challenges in ministry and to understand the covenantal relationship between a minister and a church, and a church and the UCC denomination.

Rev. Kelly Gallagher, Associate Conference Minister, supports congregations and their leadership and leads the Committee on Ministry work. The Conference’s Committee on Ministry is the body within the Conference that authorizes ministers. Members are lay people and authorized ministers.

Rev. Cindy Mueller, Minister for Congregations in Transition, works with congregations that are in leadership transition and searching for a pastor. She also works with congregations that are discerning what the future holds for them.
