See was born in Thailand and grew up in Saint Paul. After graduating from high school, she joined the National Guard and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in early childhood education. Currently, she is also attending Century College part-time to earn her associate’s degree in interior design.
