Hearings on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Before the Annual Meeting

As always, it is important for us to provide time for people to know more about and ask questions about the important voting items that will come up at Annual Meeting.  This year there were no new proposed resolutions, but there are proposed By-law changes for us to vote on.  Like every other year, we also need to vote on proposed Compensation Guidelines and the the proposed budget for fiscal year 2024-2025.  These meetings will take place on Zoom, and all people registered for the Annual Meeting will be sent a link to these three hearings by Friday, May 31.  Here is a schedule of the three Hearings:

Proposed Compensation Guidelines Hearing – Monday, June 3, 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Proposed By-law Changes Hearing – Tuesday, June 4, 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Proposed Budget Hearing – Wednesday, June 5, 6:30pm – 8:00pm
