Annual Meeting Goes Virtual

June 7-13, 2021

Great things are planned for this year’s Virtual Annual Meeting! An important note: there will be no resolutions this year. How to Lead When You Don’t Know Where You’re Going: Leading in a Liminal Season

How do you lead an organization stuck between an ending and a new beginning—when the old way of doing things no longer works but a way forward is not yet clear? Such in between times are called liminal seasons. They call for a different kind of leadership presence, one that connects the soul of leaders with the soul of the institution.

Join this outstanding learning opportunity led and presented by Susan Beaumont, premier consultant, coach and author. Gain concrete, practical, immediately useful tools and discernment techniques appropriate to your leadership in this liminal season.

Registration for this event is required but will be free for authorized ministers who have already registered as paying delegates for Annual Meeting.  Those who have not registered for Annual Meeting will incur a $35/person fee to attend this seminar. Registered attendees will also receive a 30% discount code to purchase your own copy of Susan’s book.

All Conference Worship
Sunday, June 13

Whether you are attending Annual Meeting or not, whether your congregation is meeting in person or online, we invite you to join with the entire Minnesota Conference to worship together as one large community on Sunday, June 13 as we close our Annual Meeting for the year. Our guest preacher for this service will be Rev. Dr. Karen Georgia Thompson, Associate General Minister of the UCC and Co-Executive of Global Ministries, Wider Church Ministries and Operations. We will livestream and we would love to have all of our churches worshiping with us as one interconnected Conference. You can either share the link, incorporate us as part of what you normally do in worship, or just project the service in your sanctuary.
