This committee shall plan, coordinate and evaluate the overall program of Pilgrim Point Camp. This committee recommends policies regarding Pilgrim Point Camp to the Board of Directors.
The committee provides recommendations to:
a. The Finance Committee on the budget, risk management and property issues;
b. The Development Committee identifying needs and preparing case statements for fundraising;
c. The Personnel Committee regarding human resource issues.
