The Minnesota Conference United Church of Christ has entered into a multi-year consulting agreement, in partnership with Local Church Ministries of the United Church of Christ and Nickerson Coaching, to build an indigenous Conference system of church vitality and new chruch starts. Eleven pilot congregations will work closely with Paul Nickerson, and be assigned a trained coach, who will walk with the local church through the process - listening, asking questions and ensuring accountability.
